Lockdown Updates
Dear Customers,
Further to our last communication, we are very pleased to announce that under the level 4 Risk-Adjusted Strategy for economic activity provided by Government, Rottner Security is permitted to trade and will be opening on Monday, May 11th. A copy of our permit is available on request. Based on the guidelines provided by the Government under level 4 restrictions, we are not able to commence full operational activities yet.
As the safety of our staff and customers is important to us, we will only be allowing orders to be delivered. Collections will be suspended & our showroom will remain closed for the time being.
NB: Rottner Security risk adjustment guideline for trade Level 4:
- No customers will be allowed access to the office/showroom yet
- All backorders will be handled on a first in first out basis.
- Should any customers experience and problems with getting through to us please send your request through to us on email?

We are aware that our restricted operations could cause delays and request your understanding should this occur. We will always strive to do our best.
