We recommend you to make a copy of the key to avoid this problem in the future.
If opening still doesn’t work, you can try to use the 2nd key .
Of course, if the current key has already been used many times, it may already show signs of wear. That is why the second key is included.
There is no 2nd key or it is not possible to open it.
In this case, opening the safe is only possible by force and this must be done by a technician (service partner).
Now it's important to specify how far the key can be turned .
If the key can be turned more than 90°, the latch screw may be loose . place the safe on your side or face up and try opening.
If the key can be rotated a maximum of 90° , you can now try to unlock the safe with the second key .
